Rate Information

Spring Break Season:  March 1-April 30:  $120/nt, 2 night minimum. Wkly, $650
Super Summer Season:  May 1-Sept 8:  $129/nt, 3 night minimum, Wkly, $725
Regula Fall - Sept 9-October 11:  $125/night, 2 night minimum.  Wkly, $695
Peak Fall and holidays - mid-October - Thanksgiving, Christmas:  $149/night, 3 night minimum.  Wkly, $795
Winter - After Thanksgiving to March 1:  $110/night, 2 night minimum.  Wkly, $595

Add 12.75% tax and a $50 cleaning fee.  No smoking.  Sorry, no pets!  There is no cleaning fee for weekly rentals.

50% down payment for your reservation.  The remaining  balance is due two weeks before arrival.  We accept Mastercard, VISA and Discover cards to reserve the cabin and a deposit by check due within 7 days of reservation.  You must be 25 or older to book the reservation.
